Product Advantages:
1). Oil heating. Stainless steel heating tube direct heats the oil, temperature raise rapidly. It can reach 200 °C in 50 mins.
2). Full drum of oil. Better thermal ability, save engergy up to 30%. Most important is, transfer rate is extremely high, thus printing quality is the top. Suitable for high-end
printing jobs.
3). Multifunction. It can work with roll to roll fabric, either cut piece fabrics.
4). Outstanding Drum. Oil drum is the core and key parts for rotary heat press machine. Our oil drum is unique, it's production technique, such as
advanced machining, bending, welding by presion machines, this makes it perfect quality and high security.
5). Supreme Blanket. Our machine use the best woollen material which from Dupont USA. It is excellent heat-proof materials and its life is better.
6). Three feeding rollers. It can also feed the tissue paper which protects the blanket clean.

Q: I am new in this field, can I use this machine?

Q: I don't understand the drum in different diameter very well, what is the difference between a small drum and big drum?
A: The drum size almost decide the production speed. The bigger drum, the higher production speed.

Q: You have many models, speficiations, how can I choose?
A: Just let us know what exact application will you do with our machine, the materials, the width, the production speed you require. Then our professional sales person will recommend the best choice for you.

Q: What kinds of fabrics the machine can do?
A: 100% Polyester, Chiffon, Silk Fabrics, Oxford Fabrics, Polyester-Cotton Fabrics (cotton≤15%), Spandex, Lycra, Satin, Dacron, Non-woven etc.The fabric must have good thermostability, can not contains much cotton. Can also do on Nylon, depends on specific ingredient, color fastness on Nylon is not ideal.

Q: Can you send technician to my place for installation and training if I buy your sublimation heat transfer machine?
A: Yes. We do can it. Our technician has the visa for many countries. We can send technician to your plant to help you install machine and teach you use the machine. This process usually needs 3~4 days in your place. You need to pay to us for the round airline tickets in advance. Also, you should be in charge of our technician's hotels, foods, personal safety,etc in your country.

Q: How's your warranty for the machine?
A: Two year warranty for our mecanles rotary heat press machine. The blanket and oil are not included, these due are consumables for this machine.

Q: If some parts damaged when I receive the machine, what shall I do?
A: Generally, our package is the best, the machine will arrive at your place in good condition. In case, some parts damages during transportation, please contact us and send us the pictures of the damage parts, we will send you the replacement immediately.

Q: What is the consumables for this machine?
A: The consumable of the machine is the oil, you need to add oil one time per year, like 15~20 kgs every year. The oil cost is like 50 us dollars per year.The blanket usually can be used for two years, depends on workload too. Other parts, not easy to be damaged.

Q: I am a dealer. Can I be your distributor in my country?
